CallRail Integrates Marketing Data with Patient Management Systems

Healthcare practices can now bridge the gap between advertising campaigns and actual patient bookings. Atlanta-based CallRail has launched 15 new integrations with leading electronic health record and patient management systems, moving the industry standard beyond simple call volume metrics toward tracking tangible clinical outcomes.

The expanded integration library, powered by a partnership with NexHealth, connects CallRail’s lead engagement platform to systems including athenahealth, Dentrix, eClinicalWorks, and Open Dental. By syncing marketing data directly with scheduling tools, practices gain visibility into which specific ads and campaigns drive appointments rather than just initial inquiries. To streamline the workflow, the platform introduces automated outcome tags. These tags allow staff to categorize conversation results without manual data entry, providing marketers with immediate feedback on the efficacy of Google Ads and Performance Max channels.

Kara Kelly, VP of Platform Strategy at CallRail, noted that these updates aim to remove administrative burdens from front-desk teams while providing a clearer picture of growth drivers. The new capabilities are available to eligible customers immediately, requiring no data migration. All solutions maintain HIPAA compliance and adhere to the ISO 42001 standard for responsible artificial intelligence management.
