The tender offer covers the 6.750% notes due 2028, 8.500% notes due 2036, and 8.000% notes due 2039. Holders have until 5:00 p.m. New York City time on September 9, 2026, to submit their offers, unless the government extends or terminates the deadline at its discretion. Jamaica will pay a fixed purchase price per $1,000 of original principal, adjusted by an amortization factor for the 2028 notes, plus accrued interest up to the settlement date.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. are serving as dealer managers for the transaction. Investors interested in participating can obtain a priority allocation code through these firms, which may influence the allocation of new notes issued by the government. Global Bondholder Services Corporation is acting as the information and tender agent. The government reserves the right to modify or terminate the invitation at any time, noting that the program is not contingent upon a minimum participation threshold for any specific series.
