Vivek Jetley Named CEO Designate at Hexaware to Drive AI Expansion

As artificial intelligence fundamentally reshapes the global enterprise technology landscape, Hexaware Technologies has tapped industry veteran Vivek Jetley to helm its next chapter. Jetley will officially assume the CEO role on October 28, 2026, inheriting a mandate to scale the firm’s AI-led service model and accelerate worldwide growth.

Jetley joins the Jersey City-based firm from EXL, where he served as President overseeing the company’s Insurance, Healthcare, and Life Sciences divisions. With a career spanning over 25 years at the intersection of data science and enterprise strategy, he brings a background in building advanced analytics platforms and leading large-scale corporate transformations. His tenure at EXL included navigating the firm through significant technological shifts, from the rise of cloud computing to the current integration of generative AI.

Srikrishna Ramakarthikeyan, known as Keech, will conclude his 12-year tenure as CEO and depart the Board of Directors upon the transition. He is slated to remain with the company in the capacity of Senior Advisor to ensure continuity for clients and staff. The move has garnered support from major shareholders, including Carlyle, which cited Jetley’s track record in deepening enterprise relationships as a critical asset for Hexaware’s future. Jetley intends to focus on evolving the company’s service delivery mechanisms to meet the shifting demands of Fortune 500 clients navigating digital disruption.
