While the team’s foundation remains rooted in sustainable timberland, CEO Angie Davis noted that the new identity reflects a changing investment landscape where natural assets are increasingly viewed as drivers of long-term value. The platform currently manages over 1.5 million acres across three continents, with operations spanning 15 U.S. states, the U.K., Australia, New Zealand, and Latin America.

Jed Laskowitz, Global Head of Private Markets, emphasized that the transition allows the group to scale its climate solutions while maintaining its rigorous governance and data-driven approach. As of the end of 2025, the unit oversaw approximately $11 billion in assets. The firm’s growth trajectory remains strong, evidenced by the March 2025 closing of the Forest & Climate Solutions Fund II, which secured $1.5 billion and stands as one of the largest forestry funds raised to date. This entity operates within J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s $326 billion alternative investment business, leveraging a legacy of four decades in sustainable land stewardship to attract pension funds, family offices, and institutional investors.
