Palter brings a background in navigating complex market dynamics and large-scale organizational transformation to the role. During his tenure at McKinsey, he founded the firm’s Infrastructure and Capital Projects Practice and served on the Global Board of Directors. His career includes managing national operations and overseeing compensation strategy for 40,000 employees across 69 countries.
ENFRA CEO Rob Guthrie noted that Palter’s expertise in institutional investment and infrastructure strategy will be central to the company’s mission. Palter will now work directly with the executive team to refine the company’s strategic direction and strengthen governance. ENFRA, which traces its roots back to 1919 and maintains a workforce of over 3,000 employees, continues to focus on energy-as-a-service solutions for sectors ranging from healthcare to digital infrastructure.
