The 397-room resort, spearheaded by db Group Chairman Silvio Debono and Seminole Tribe of Florida representative Holly Tiger, aims to blend Mediterranean charm with the brand’s signature music-focused aesthetic. The site features 11 swimming pools, a 466-square-metre ballroom, and a 3,800-square-metre wellness facility, positioning itself as a central entertainment hub in St. Julian’s. The project has already generated several hundred jobs, ranging from culinary roles to specialized luxury service positions.
Beyond the guest rooms, the property houses the 1,400-square-metre Hard Rock Cafe St. Julian’s, which serves as a nexus for live music and dining. The hotel’s infrastructure includes a rooftop cantilever pool and the expansive Rock Spa, offering music-centric treatments. Local dignitaries, including Prime Minister Robert Abela, joined international guests and performers like Ira Losco and Aiden to celebrate the launch. With this opening, the db Group continues its aggressive expansion, aiming to anchor the St. George’s Bay district as a premier destination for both regional tourism and international travelers.
