Data Center Supplier Accelevation Holdings Files for Nasdaq IPO

A surge in demand for data center infrastructure has pushed Miamisburg-based Accelevation Holdings toward a Nasdaq Global Select Market debut. Backed by Olympus Partners, the firm plans to list under the ticker ACCV, seeking to capitalize on a rapid expansion that more than doubled its annual revenue within a single year.

The company reported $447.8 million in revenue for 2025, a sharp increase from the $181.4 million recorded previously. Accelevation distinguishes itself through a vertically integrated approach, managing everything from engineering and manufacturing to power infrastructure and final field execution. This model is designed to bypass the inefficiencies common among fragmented legacy vendors.

Product offerings include the SkyBridge prefabricated modular system alongside thermal management and power hardware. Beyond manufacturing, the company provides end-to-end design and installation services. In its regulatory filing, the firm highlighted its problem-solving capabilities, citing a 2025 case where global supply chain shortages left a critical fastener unavailable; rather than stalling production, the company engineered and manufactured its own proprietary alternative.
