The company set the subscription price at SEK 15 per share. Existing stakeholders, including Castle Biosciences Inc and Ribbskottet AB, have already provided subscription undertakings covering 58 percent of the total offer. To ensure the full amount is raised, Bergs Securities AB has entered into a guarantee agreement for the remaining 42 percent, backed by a consortium of investors.

Management intends to deploy the net proceeds primarily to fund operations and expand the market presence of its Nevisense platform. This diagnostic tool, which utilizes AI and Electrical Impedance Spectroscopy, has seen strong momentum in the United States, where revenue grew by 79 percent within the melanoma diagnostics segment during the first half of 2026. The company currently anticipates an initial reimbursement decision in the US market by early 2027.
