The company faced potential delisting after receiving a notification on March 10, 2026, when its average closing price dipped below the US$1.00 threshold for 30 consecutive trading days. To address the deficit, management implemented a 10-for-1 share consolidation that took effect on July 20. Data provided by the NYSE confirms that for the 30-day period ending August 31, the stock price consistently held above the required minimum. With this benchmark met, Cango Inc. maintains its listing status under Section 802.01C of the NYSE Listed Company Manual.
