TELUS Digital Moves Dreamforce Presence to Hotel Zetta

Moving beyond the crowded show floor, TELUS Digital is shifting its Dreamforce strategy to San Francisco’s Hotel Zetta. On September 15–16, the Salesforce Summit Level partner will host invitation-only sessions and hands-on Agentforce demonstrations, focusing on the practical challenges of deploying AI within complex enterprise environments.

Will Mayo, Global SVP of Growth at TELUS Digital, notes that client priorities have shifted rapidly from experimental pilots to production-ready deployments. The firm’s off-site programming aims to provide direct technical guidance on maintaining data quality and internal trust while scaling AI agents.

Practitioners including Julia Taylor, Abby Spahich, Brendan Nolan, and Steve Stevens will lead deep-dive sessions across financial services, contact center management, and higher education. These discussions, paired with hourly demo stations at the hotel’s S&R Lounge, address the mounting pressure on support leaders to integrate AI, a trend reinforced by recent Gartner research suggesting 91% of service executives face significant implementation mandates this year.

Beyond technical sessions, the two-day event features private keynote livestreams and networking functions for enterprise decision-makers. Interested attendees must register separately for the Hotel Zetta sessions, which run parallel to the primary conference at the Moscone Center.
