The update introduces a visual template editor that allows non-technical staff to design documents using point-and-click tools, eliminating the historical reliance on developers. Additionally, the platform now combines document generation and e-signature routing into a single workflow, reducing potential bottlenecks in contract lifecycle management.

Central to this release is the AI Template Agent, which converts existing business documents into Salesforce-driven templates while preserving brand assets and approved language. Furthermore, the new Headless 360 capability extends these governed processes to external AI assistants and agentic platforms. According to CEO Brian Stimpfl, the goal is to provide teams with the speed of AI interfaces while ensuring every output remains tracked and compliant with organizational standards. CTO Anand Narasimhan noted that as work shifts toward conversational AI, this architecture ensures that regardless of the interface used, document execution remains bound by Salesforce security protocols.
