The database allows users to search by name, city, and sport to verify the status of adults restricted from participating in the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Movement.

While the center imposes sanctions to mitigate risk, General Counsel Jessica Perrill noted that enforcement remains inconsistent across various sport organizations. By making these records accessible, the center hopes to empower families to make informed decisions when selecting athletic programs. The push for broader visibility has already gained traction, with local media outlets in Colorado, Texas, and Nevada highlighting sanctioned individuals relevant to their specific communities.
