Ligibel’s tenure transformed the group into a network of over 100 practice locations, including the Gentle Dental and Great Hill Dental brands. Following a recent refinancing, the outgoing executive will remain a shareholder while assisting the transition team. His successor, Fusco, brings three decades of healthcare operational experience to the post, having previously served as the firm’s Chief Administrative Officer.

The restructuring extends beyond the CEO office. Dr. Michael Scialabba, the company’s Chief Clinical Officer, adds the title of President to his portfolio, taking on responsibility for corporate growth and procurement. Simultaneously, Brinda Subbiah steps into an expanded role as Chief Operations and Financial Officer, consolidating oversight of finance, IT, and AI strategy. Rounding out the leadership changes, SVP and Chief Human Resources Officer Nick Shusas and SVP and Chief Marketing Officer Tracy Ziskovsky will join the Executive Leadership Team to support the company’s push for further scale.
