The company is also adjusting its management structure across several key labels. Erica Kwok has been promoted to general manager of the flagship Estée Lauder brand, while Magalie Parksuwan will take on responsibility for Darphin Paris and Lab Series. Parksuwan will maintain her existing duties as general manager of La Mer, ensuring continuity within the skincare division.
Chief Brand Officer Jane Hertzmark Hudis noted that these appointments emphasize the company's focus on cultivating internal talent to support its luxury segment. The transition marks a significant shift in the beauty giant's executive hierarchy as it prepares for the departure of Main, who has been instrumental in managing the firm's high-end skincare assets.
