Journelle Overhauls Product Development with Centric PLM Integration

As the company expanded its footprint across diverse categories and regions, the reliance on manual email chains and disconnected data became a bottleneck for growth. Courtney Green, production manager and co-founder of Made in Mediterraneo, noted that these traditional methods could no longer sustain the complexity of the brand's evolving operations. The integration of Centric PLM provides a single source of truth, aligning product data with the specific technical requirements of the intimates industry.

Beyond basic data management, the retailer has integrated Centric AI Studio to automate design and visual content creation. This move reflects a broader strategic shift toward a data-driven foundation, according to Fabrice Canonge, CEO of Centric Software. By streamlining the path from initial concept to final commercialization, the brand intends to improve coordination and accelerate decision-making across its retail and e-commerce channels.
