The platform centers on Chat IQ, an agentic system integrated directly into the Yardi ecosystem rather than operating as an external overlay. By utilizing live data from the company's Voyager software, the tool manages prospect and resident communications across voice, text, email, and chat. The system is designed to provide consistent, accurate responses throughout the entire renter lifecycle, from initial inquiry to lease renewal.
Peter Altobelli, president of Yardi Canada Ltd., noted that the competitive landscape has shifted from simply adopting AI to prioritizing the quality of the technology. The Virtuoso architecture evaluates intent and urgency scores before responding to tasks, allowing staff to reallocate time toward operational growth. Beyond the demonstration zone, Yardi will host a session titled "The role of AI and tech trends in real estate operations" at 11:45 a.m. to discuss the practical implications of these tools for cost reduction and tenant management.
