Docusign Raises Fiscal 2027 Outlook as AI Adoption Surges

Docusign reported a 9% year-over-year revenue increase to $875.7 million for the second fiscal quarter ending July 31, 2026, prompting leadership to boost full-year guidance. CEO Allan Thygesen credited the growth to the rapid integration of AI agents within the company's Intelligent Agreement Management platform.

The company’s shift toward AI-driven contract automation is showing measurable results. Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) now accounts for 15.1% of Docusign’s total annual recurring revenue, up from 12.6% just three months prior. This momentum is supported by new tools powered by Iris, the company’s proprietary contract AI, which allows businesses to automate redlining, audit compliance, and execute complex workflows without manual oversight.

Financial performance remains robust, with non-GAAP net income reaching $1.16 per diluted share, significantly outpacing the $0.92 reported in the same quarter last year. Operating cash flow climbed to $334.5 million, while free cash flow hit $295.8 million, representing a 34% margin. Bolstered by these figures, the company has increased its revenue outlook for the fiscal year ending January 31, 2027, projecting a total revenue range between $3.499 billion and $3.507 billion.
