LV Petroleum Expands Footprint with Four-State Growth Spurt

A strategic push across Arizona, Texas, Nevada, and Ohio defined LV Petroleum’s July operations, as the Las Vegas-based developer finalized a new travel center acquisition and debuted multiple quick-service restaurant locations to bolster its national network of over 90 travel centers and 221 dining outlets.

The expansion kicked off on July 20 with the launch of the first Bojangles in Arizona, situated in Gilbert to capture the Phoenix market. This marked a significant milestone in the company’s ongoing partnership with the brand. Just three days later, the firm secured a travel center in Seminole, Oklahoma, adding a fresh node to its roadside service infrastructure. By July 29, the company turned its attention back to the Bojangles portfolio, opening a new site at the Rio in Nevada as part of its multi-unit development strategy. Simultaneously, the Midwest received a boost with the debut of a Sbarro Pizza in Napoleon, Ohio.

Kris Roach, president and CEO of LV Petroleum, noted that the month’s activity underscores a commitment to a diversified growth model. The company, founded in 2014 by Guy Madmon and Val Amiel, currently manages a vast array of franchises including Arby’s, Dunkin’, and Starbucks. With the Seminole acquisition, the firm inches closer to its stated target of operating 100 travel centers nationwide, maintaining a focus on consistent service delivery for both professional drivers and local commuters.
