The development features four distinct floorplans ranging from 1,248 to 1,852 square feet, each incorporating three to four bedrooms and two bathrooms. Designed with open-concept layouts, these homes emphasize naturally lit living areas, walk-in closets, and included laundry appliances. Pricing for the new properties begins in the $200,000s, with select models offering covered patios intended to facilitate indoor-outdoor entertaining.

Jayson Williams, president of Lennar’s Birmingham division, noted that the community is designed to appeal to a broad demographic, from families to retirees seeking to reduce home maintenance. As part of the builder’s standard offering, all residences include stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and luxury vinyl plank flooring. Located at 25 Overcup Drive, the site provides residents with direct access to boating, fishing, and hiking, while maintaining proximity to the retail and dining districts of Eclectic, Wetumpka, and Montgomery.
