Heavenly Grace Limited, the wholly owned subsidiary facilitating the purchase, successfully negotiated the acquisition at roughly 33.9% of the items' independent valuation. Polin Wong, CEO of Heavenly Grace, characterized the deal as a strategic move to bolster the firm’s investment portfolio and capitalize on current opportunities within the high-value collectibles sector.

This transaction coincides with a broader corporate restructuring for the parent company, which recently shifted its legal home from Delaware to Nevada. King Resources Global, Inc. continues to position itself as a diversified holding company, balancing business consulting services with an aggressive strategy of securing tangible, high-value assets to drive long-term shareholder returns.
