The designation follows a growth period where the partner focused on migrating legacy systems—specifically Dynamics NAV, GP, and AX—to the modern Dynamics 365 environment. By integrating Microsoft Copilot into day-to-day operations, the company aims to reduce manual data processing for its clients. According to CEO Kristen Sage, the three-year streak signals that these implementations are yielding tangible, repeatable results for businesses in the wine, spirits, and manufacturing sectors.

Being part of the Inner Circle grants Western Computer early access to Microsoft’s product roadmaps, allowing the firm to advise its clients on long-term technology adoption. Niels Jensen, Microsoft’s AI Business Solutions ERP Lead, noted that the group functions as a community of industry leaders tasked with shaping AI-powered business transformation. With nearly four decades of operation and over 1,750 successful implementations, Western Computer continues to leverage its deep industry expertise to scale complex digital transitions across North America.
