Investors Face October Deadline in Aevex Securities Lawsuit

Investors who lost more than $100,000 in Aevex Corp. stock have until October 20, 2026, to file lead plaintiff applications in an ongoing class action lawsuit. The litigation centers on allegations that the company misled shareholders regarding a 180-day lock-up period following its April 2026 initial public offering.

The case, Rosenberg v. Aevex Corp., is currently pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. It targets shareholders who acquired Class A common stock between April 17 and June 4, 2026. Plaintiffs allege that Aevex executives concealed a pre-arranged agreement between the company’s primary shareholder, Madison, and the underwriters to bypass a mandatory 180-day lock-up period. This restriction was designed to prevent Madison from selling its shares until at least October 13, 2026.

According to the complaint, the company allegedly facilitated an early secondary public offering to allow Madison to cash out more than $200 million, while underwriters secured over $8 million in fees.
