The transactions occurred at a weighted average price of 96.8158 SEK per share, bringing the company's total treasury holdings to 105,668,676 Class B shares. This activity is part of a broader 15 billion SEK buyback program authorized to run through March 31, 2027. Ericsson’s Board of Directors intends to seek approval at the 2027 Annual General Meeting to cancel these repurchased shares, excluding those reserved for employee incentive programs.

All market operations were conducted under the mandates of the EU Market Abuse Regulation and the Safe Harbour Regulation. With a total share capital of over 3.37 billion units, the company maintains its current repurchase pace to manage its equity structure while navigating the competitive telecommunications landscape.
