Veolia Environnement Discloses August Voting Rights Data

The company confirmed that while the total number of theoretical voting rights stands at 742,496,650, the number of exercisable voting rights is 732,063,790. This discrepancy accounts for 10,432,860 treasury shares held by the firm at the end of August. Notably, these figures exclude the 11,669,666 shares acquired on September 2, 2026, which were purchased to hedge obligations related to the Sequoia 2026 employee share plan.

Beyond share counts, the company maintains a specific reporting obligation regarding shareholding thresholds. Under Article 8 of its Articles of Association, Veolia requires shareholders to declare threshold crossings that go beyond the standard requirements set by French law and existing market regulations.
