Beyond direct enterprise sales, the firm partners with over 50 global consulting entities that integrate its data models into their organizational planning services.

Sjoerd Aarts, Managing Partner at Main, noted that the investment targets the structural growth in continuous workforce planning. Orgvue CEO Oliver Shaw stated that the partnership will leverage Main’s international network to broaden the company's product capabilities and reach. Main Capital Partners, which manages roughly EUR 12 billion in assets, maintains a portfolio of over 55 software companies and intends to support Orgvue through both organic growth and selective strategic acquisitions.
