The energy giant acquired 1,208,890 shares throughout the five-day period, with daily weighted average prices fluctuating between 75.86 and 78.10 euros per share. Transactions were executed across multiple exchanges, including XPAR, CEUX, TQEX, and AQEU. The peak of the acquisition activity occurred on September 3, when the company spent nearly 15 million euros to secure 192,072 shares at an average price of 78.10 euros. These operations reflect the company's ongoing capital allocation strategy, which utilizes the authorization for share repurchases to influence its market presence. TotalEnergies continues to operate as a global integrated energy entity, maintaining significant infrastructure across 120 countries while focusing on its transition toward low-carbon hydrogen and renewable electricity production.
