Sembly AI pivots to agentic platform to automate corporate documentation

By shifting from meeting transcription to an agentic execution layer, Sembly AI’s latest platform overhaul promises to end the manual production of business presentations. The company’s 3.0 release allows users to transform internal CRM data and existing documentation into branded, client-ready pitch decks and reports within minutes.

The platform functions by analyzing a user’s stated goal alongside the target client’s digital footprint. It autonomously synthesizes information from company archives, applies specific brand guidelines, and conducts research to generate bespoke pitch materials. This shift aims to move beyond traditional prompting, favoring a dialogue-based interface that prioritizes business outcomes over technical input.

Early adopters, including Bell & Holmes, report that the transition has reclaimed weeks of labor previously spent on multi-stage document production. For organizations managing complex sales cycles, the software serves as a bridge between raw internal knowledge and the final materials required for client engagement. According to co-founders Gil Makleff and Artem Koren, the focus is on treating business documents as the fundamental substrate of organizational decision-making, rather than mere administrative overhead.

Sembly 3.0 is currently available, supporting output in over 45 languages. By automating the assembly of case studies, proposals, and reports, the company intends to position itself as a core infrastructure component for enterprise communication.
