YYForce Launches Drone-Based Facade Inspection in Singapore

Singapore’s skyline is set for a technological shift as YYForce Inc. unveils Facadevision AI, a joint venture aimed at replacing traditional rope-access maintenance with automated drone inspections. By moving human laborers away from high-altitude risks, the firm intends to modernize an industry that has remained largely unchanged for decades.

YYForce holds a 70% stake in the new entity, partnering with Integral Cleaning Pte. Ltd., which retains the remaining 30%. By leveraging Integral’s local operational networks and YYForce’s proprietary software, the venture plans to deploy enterprise-grade drones to detect structural vulnerabilities like spalling, sealant failure, and water ingress. AI-assisted analysis will then process these images to provide building owners with a precise, data-backed record of their property's condition.

Traditional facade maintenance in Singapore currently relies heavily on suspended gondolas and rope access, methods that are labor-intensive and vulnerable to weather delays. Mike Fu, CEO of YYForce, stated that the transition to robotics is designed to prioritize worker safety while improving service margins. Commercial deployment for the new system is scheduled to begin in the third quarter of 2026, with plans to expand from commercial properties into industrial and residential sectors as the operation matures.
