Jennifer Fulk, previously the financial head at Soleno Therapeutics, has joined Kura Oncology to take over the company's fiscal management. The 49-year-old executive steps into a role that was temporarily held by the biopharmaceutical firm's leader, Troy Wilson, who has been balancing the positions of chairman, president, and chief executive.
Under the terms of her new appointment, Fulk will receive an annual base salary of $550,000. Her compensation package also includes a performance-based bonus structure, allowing for an additional payout of up to 45% of her base pay.
Wilson, who oversaw the company’s financial reporting during the search for a permanent successor, continues in his roles as chairman, president, and CEO of the San Diego-based organization.
