Users can now split doses across two vials, with the app tracking the draw from each container separately. Beyond dosing mechanics, the update adds a custom compound library, allowing for the creation of blends containing up to five components and the manual editing of half-life data.

Functionality improvements extend to the calendar view, which now prioritizes the actual date a dose is taken over the scheduled date, including a feature to account for post-midnight logging. Navigation and organization have also been overhauled: users can now color-code individual protocols, reorder active schedules, and designate whether their calendar weeks begin on Sunday or Monday. These tools, which include the ability to restore discarded vials or resume ended protocols, are available immediately without a subscription fee. Since its May 2026 launch, Peptide Tracker has recorded over 748,000 doses across its user base.
