By folding the shipping franchise into the established tobacco shop, Trehan plans to streamline access to packing supplies, private mailbox rentals, and professional shipping services for the surrounding neighborhood.

Annex Brands, the San Diego-based parent company, views the move as a strategic expansion of its footprint.
