Eligible Secures SOC 2 Type II Certification with Flawless Audit Results

New York-based healthcare infrastructure firm Eligible, Inc. has successfully completed its SOC 2 Type II examination, clearing all four Trust Services Categories with zero exceptions. This audit validates the company’s internal controls for security, availability, processing integrity, and confidentiality across its entire platform services architecture.

The independent assessment, conducted by A-LIGN, scrutinized the design and operating effectiveness of Eligible’s systems over a defined period. This milestone follows the company’s June 2026 HITRUST r2 Certification, where the firm scored above industry averages across all 19 domains. By securing both designations within a single season, Eligible aims to demonstrate that its compliance framework functions as a continuous operational habit rather than a reactive annual task.

The SOC 2 report specifically covers the company’s REST APIs and infrastructure used to process HIPAA-mandated financial transactions, including eligibility verification, claims processing, and remittance. For healthcare providers, agents, and insurers, these two certifications offer a layered assurance that protected health information remains managed under the industry's most rigorous control frameworks. According to CEO Katelyn Gleason, the results confirm that the company’s internal evidence-gathering is a byproduct of their daily operations, which eliminates the friction typically associated with third-party security audits.
