Holtec Nuclear Targets $10 Billion Valuation in Nasdaq IPO

The nuclear technology developer established a price range of $15 to $18 per share. At the $16.50 midpoint, Holtec anticipates netting approximately $775.2 million. Should underwriters fully exercise their option to purchase an additional 7.5 million shares, those proceeds would climb to roughly $893.1 million.

Post-offering, the company expects to have 574.2 million shares outstanding. This structure pushes the firm’s total market capitalization to over $10.3 billion if shares price at the top end of the target range. The move signals a significant play for growth in the energy sector as investors weigh the company's long-term infrastructure prospects.
