Dr. Okolo brings a versatile clinical background to Missouri Highlands Healthcare, having served in intensive care units across surgical, neurological, transplant, and cardiology departments. Her professional journey began with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Chicago State University in 2007, followed by a Master’s degree from Governors State University in 2017. She completed her formal education in 2025 by earning a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Midwestern University.

Beyond her clinical work, Dr. Okolo maintains active memberships with the American Nurses Association and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. Her academic excellence is further recognized by her induction into the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Alongside her current practice, she intends to launch a new healthcare business venture with her husband, Ugochukwu Egolum, MD, while continuing to focus on improving patient outcomes within the local community.
