The company’s Inclusion Employee Net Promoter Score hit 70 last year, marking a steady climb from 2021 levels. This shift coincides with a $1 million capital allocation toward internal inclusion initiatives and a notable $890 million spend directed at small and certified-owned suppliers. Beyond internal metrics, the firm logged 4,800 volunteer hours and hosted its Include Summit for over 2,000 staff members.

Southwire currently maintains a workforce of more than 9,000 employees worldwide, focusing its inclusion strategy across six pillars ranging from leadership development to community reputation. The report highlights recent external recognitions, including a designation as one of the World's Most Ethical Companies, as evidence of the firm's evolving operational standards. Leadership maintains that these investments directly correlate to stronger decision-making and long-term value for shareholders.
