Revenue climbed to $227.2 million, surpassing the $220.3 million anticipated by analysts. This growth stems from a combination of new client acquisitions, contract renewals, and expanded service packages. Subscription revenue accounted for the bulk of this performance, reaching $207.7 million. Braze currently serves 2,789 customers, with 361 of those accounts generating at least $500,000 in annual recurring revenue.
Following these results, the company adjusted its fiscal year revenue guidance to a range of $910 million to $913 million, up from its previous projection. Adjusted earnings are now expected to fall between 64 and 65 cents per share. Despite these upward revisions, the stock retreated to $27.30 in after-hours trading, reflecting a market reaction that diverged from the company’s improved financial outlook.
