The move aligns with Clearway’s strategy to leverage the same artificial intelligence and automation technologies that currently support its generation assets to drive internal operational efficiency. Chief Executive Officer Craig Cornelius described the appointment as a clear signal of the firm's ambition to modernize its business infrastructure through these digital enhancements.
Steven Ryder, who already holds the title of CFO at Clearway Group, will assume Rubenstein’s former responsibilities, managing the financial operations of Clearway Energy alongside his existing duties. Simultaneously, the company announced that Samantha Prout has joined the organization as senior vice president, accounting and controller, effective immediately.
