The strategic realignment shifts several senior executives into expanded oversight roles. Nathan Baldwin, who has led Auntie Anne’s since 2025, will now serve as President of Specialty Brands, adding Cinnabon and Carvel to his portfolio. Meanwhile, Chief Growth Officer Francisco Bram will take on the leadership of Moe’s Southwest Grill, tasked with refining the brand’s market positioning and menu experience.
Technology and digital strategy are also being consolidated under Biplav Misra, who assumes the role of Chief Digital & Technology Officer. By merging these functions, the company intends to accelerate the deployment of new software and infrastructure for its 7,500 locations. CEO Omer Gajial stated that this organizational shift is designed to improve agility and support franchisee success as the company seeks to build momentum across its diverse array of restaurant concepts.
