Buildots Secures $130 Million to Digitally Transform Global Construction

Tel Aviv-based construction intelligence firm Buildots has raised $130 million in a funding round led by O.G. Venture Partners. The capital injection brings the company’s total funding to $297 million, supporting its mission to replace subjective on-site reporting with an automated, AI-driven control tower for large-scale infrastructure projects.

The construction sector, a $16 trillion global industry, currently faces unprecedented pressure from the rapid buildout of AI data centers, energy infrastructure, and manufacturing facilities. Buildots addresses these challenges by using proprietary computer vision to create a continuous feedback loop between physical job sites and digital twins. By interpreting 3D models and site imagery, the platform provides executives with objective data on project progress, allowing for more precise forecasting and risk mitigation across multi-year portfolios.

More than 100 major firms, including Intel, Digital Realty, Bouygues, and HOCHTIEF, have already adopted the technology to manage complex builds. The company reports a consistent streak of 3x annual revenue growth, signaling a shift toward treating construction software as essential infrastructure rather than an optional tool. New investors in this round include Human Capital and Mohari Ventures, joining existing backers such as Lightspeed Venture Partners and Intel Capital. CEO Roy Danon noted that the platform’s ability to eliminate blind spots on mission-critical sites is now a primary requirement for major contractors aiming to maintain schedules in an era of rapid industrial expansion.
