Williams arrives at Mohr Partners following a tenure as Principal at Watchdog, where she focused on business development and client strategy. Her career includes leadership roles at JLL, Trammell Crow, and Macro Consultants, providing her with a broad foundation in advising clients across diverse real estate portfolios. At Mohr, she will oversee the integration of project management into the firm’s existing service lines, supporting clients through every stage of construction, design, and portfolio planning.

Chairman and CEO Robert Shibuya noted that the appointment is designed to elevate the firm’s project management capabilities for institutional clients. This hire follows an 18-month recruitment push by the company to add senior expertise in brokerage, energy consulting, and economic incentives. A LEED Accredited Professional and graduate of Gwynedd Mercy University, Williams will now lead the effort to align physical workplace strategies with the broader real estate objectives of the firm’s corporate partners.
