Doceree Debuts Real-Time Clinical Intent Suite for Pharma Marketing

Pharmaceutical marketers have long relied on claims data that arrives weeks after a prescription is written, rendering the information stale. Doceree is now challenging this industry standard by launching its Intent Powered HCP Suite, which utilizes real-time clinical signals to trigger marketing across social, programmatic, and connected television channels.

The new suite, unveiled at Fierce Pharma Week 2026, integrates three high-reach channels—Connected TV, social media, and programmatic advertising—into the company’s Daily Command operating system. By tapping into live clinical workflow data rather than historical claims, the platform allows brands to coordinate messaging based on a physician’s immediate decision-making process. According to Harshit Jain, Doceree’s founder and global CEO, clinical intent decays rapidly; the goal is to ensure marketing spend aligns with a physician’s current questions and chart activity rather than outdated segments.

Technologically, the system relies on Doceree’s proprietary Clinical Intent Signals, which aggregate activity from electronic health records and a network of over 2,000 medical publishers. Each interaction is resolved to a verified National Provider Identifier (NPI) through the company’s ESPYIAN identity graph. This approach enables pharmaceutical manufacturers to sequence touchpoints—such as a point-of-care interaction followed by a targeted LinkedIn placement—based on the same clinical moment. Kamya Elawadhi, president and co-founder, noted that by syncing these channels with clinical behavior, companies can finally merge their reach strategies with actual relevance, moving away from fragmented planning.
