Peak3 pivots to AI-production model with Graphene v4 launch

Insurance software delivery is shifting from manual coding to automated production lines as Singapore-based Peak3 unveils Graphene Harness, a global AI-driven delivery lifecycle. By replacing traditional development cycles with AI-native systems, the company aims to slash implementation costs by half while empowering insurers to reconfigure their core business rules in minutes.

The rollout of Graphene v4 marks a departure from standard insurance software, introducing a governed core that allows AI agents to manage Life, P&C, and Health products directly. Rather than relying on static user interfaces, the platform utilizes APIs and natural-language prompts to automate complex tasks like medical underwriting and fraud detection. Because the system is headless, insurers can deploy it as a lightweight middle layer, bypassing the need for a total replacement of their existing legacy infrastructure.

Driving this shift is Graphene Harness, an engineering environment that distills the expertise of human analysts and architects into digital twins. This setup allows for automated testing, migration, and maintenance, effectively decoupling IT costs from headcount. Peak3 is currently utilizing this production line internally and plans to open access to clients within the next year. With development timelines already shrinking, the company projects that these AI-driven workflows will reduce total delivery costs by 80% over the coming three years.
