Organized by Siltstone Capital, the event marks the seventh iteration of a global series that prioritizes practitioner-led networking over traditional promotional formats. As the European market grapples with collective actions and the impact of the Unified Patent Court, the program features 11 panels dedicated to pricing strategies, arbitration enforcement, and the integration of artificial intelligence into litigation asset management.

Speakers include industry leaders from Burford Capital, Therium Capital Advisors, and Susman Godfrey, alongside representatives from WTW and Ignite Specialty Risk. Jim Batson, Chief Investment Officer at Siltstone Capital, emphasizes that the industry remains fundamentally relationship-driven, necessitating a structured environment for decision-makers to exchange insights on capital deployment and risk mitigation. Beyond technical sessions, the agenda includes VIP programming and networking events, with attendance strictly capped to maintain a senior-level focus.
