The integration utilizes Workday Global Payroll Connect to facilitate a two-way flow of workforce information. Employee data moves from Workday into the Globalli system for localized tax and payroll processing, while final payroll results and supporting documentation are pushed back into the primary system of record. This architecture is designed to eliminate the reliance on disparate local providers and fragmented file transfers.
Globalli founder and CEO Rick Hammell stated that the platform allows companies to maintain Workday as their central hub while leveraging Globalli’s compliance engine to manage international payroll execution. The system incorporates an AI tool dubbed Genius, which audits payroll variances and potential compliance risks before transactions are finalized. This layer of governance is intended to provide payroll teams with increased visibility and control over global operations. The solution is currently accessible via the Workday Marketplace for organizations looking to scale their international workforce management.
