The lawsuit, filed by the Rosen Law Firm, contends that Datavault AI (NASDAQ: DVLT) issued materially false or misleading statements throughout the specified class period. Plaintiffs allege that the company significantly overstated the economic value of its corporate partnerships with firms including Burke, Scilex, and Nature's Miracle. Furthermore, the complaint claims that the trading activity on the Datavault platform was minimal, contradicting public disclosures.

A central component of the allegations involves undisclosed ties between Datavault and Edward Withrow III, a convicted felon. The suit asserts that the eventual revelation of these connections caused reputational damage to the company. Investors interested in participating in the class action or seeking lead plaintiff status can contact attorney Phillip Kim at 866-767-3653 or register via the Rosen Law Firm website. No class has been certified yet, meaning investors are not currently represented by counsel unless they choose to retain an attorney.
