Three Lions Acquisition Corp. to Split Units for Separate Trading

Investors holding units from Three Lions Acquisition Corp.’s initial public offering gain the option to trade ordinary shares and warrants individually starting September 17, 2026. This shift allows for independent market movement of the company's equity and derivative components on the Nasdaq Global Market under distinct ticker symbols.

Once the separation process begins, the ordinary shares will trade under the symbol TLAC, while the warrants will be listed as TLACW. Units that remain unseparated are scheduled to continue trading under the existing TLACU ticker. To execute the split, unit holders must coordinate through their respective brokers to contact Continental Stock Transfer & Trust Company, the firm serving as the transfer agent for the transaction.

This transition follows the effectiveness of the company’s registration statement, which was confirmed by the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 31, 2026. While the company proceeds with these structural changes, management continues its search for an initial business combination, though no guarantees exist regarding the successful completion of such a deal. Further documentation and risk disclosures remain available for review through the official SEC portal.
