Founded in 2016, Element has established a regional stronghold in residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services. Its operations span Jackson Hole, Durango, St. George, and Prescott, building a reputation for round-the-clock maintenance and repair. Under the new agreement, Element will keep its established brand identity and local leadership team intact.

Joe Finney, CEO of T3 Services Group, noted that the acquisition aligns with the company's objective to grow alongside Mountain West communities. For his part, Element co-founder Jon Graham emphasized that the partnership provides the necessary resources to scale their service standards while maintaining the company's existing culture. T3 intends to leverage its expertise in artificial intelligence, operations, and business intelligence to support its latest partner’s next phase of development.
