Texas Instruments Raises Quarterly Dividend to $1.52

Texas Instruments is extending a decades-long streak of shareholder payouts, announcing a 7% increase to its quarterly cash dividend. The adjustment, which pushes the quarterly payment to $1.52 per share, marks the 23rd consecutive year the Dallas-based semiconductor firm has boosted its distribution to investors.

The new dividend rate, amounting to $6.08 on an annualized basis, is scheduled for payment on November 10, 2026. Shareholders of record by the close of business on October 30, 2026, will be eligible for the distribution, pending a formal declaration by the board of directors during their upcoming October meeting.

This move aligns with the company’s stated long-term financial objective of returning free cash flow to its owners. While the company maintains an optimistic outlook, executives noted that performance remains subject to external pressures, including semiconductor market volatility, global trade policies, and the shifting demands of the industrial and automotive sectors.
