Sammy Leibowitz joins the executive team on October 1, 2026, succeeding Efrat Nagar, who is stepping down after a 22-year tenure. Leibowitz returns to the organization from his role as Global Head of Performance Acceleration at Syngenta Group. His appointment is expected to provide continuity, given his previous 13-year history at ADAMA, where he was instrumental in shaping the firm's core transformation strategy.
