Among its early successes, the firm helped Carda Health scale revenue by 400%, a performance that CEO Harry DiFrancesco attributes to the agency’s ability to screen candidates with the precision of an internal team. By integrating the Lazerows' operational background with Merraine’s established infrastructure, the firm aims to position itself as a strategic partner for companies navigating rapid expansion.
